Leading edge of front tires are toed out. I don't know what everyone else does but, I run a string around the outside edge of all the tires. Then turn the adjusting rod until you have about an 1/8th of an inch on each front tire. That measurement is taken at the trailing side of the front tire's outer sidewall. 1/8th is a good starting point. Adjust to your own personal preference after riding it some.
That is what worked for me.
